JASON M. CORRAR is an Associate at Callinan & Smith LLP. He joined the team in 2024. Jason has significant experience handling first-party and third-party litigation claims involving Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Bodily Injury (BI), as well as coverage disputes. He began his career at mid-sized litigation firm located on Long Island, where he gained experience in handling No-Fault litigation, and then spent over ten years working as in-house counsel for the one of the country’s largest insurers. While there, he represented his client in thousands of American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitrations, examinations under oath, depositions, motion arguments, fee hearings, and bench trials involving PIP, BI, and coverage disputes.

Jason was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2012 and in the State of Florida in 2017, and he maintains his license to practice in both states. He obtained his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2009. He attended undergraduate school at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and watching New York Yankees baseball.
