Jennifer B. Strong is Senior Counsel at Callinan & Smith LLP.  Ms. Strong has over 15 years of legal experience, and her practice includes the defense of general liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, and suspect/fraudulent insurance claims in the state and Federal courts as well as before the American Arbitration Association.  Ms. Strong also represents various insurers in declaratory judgment actions and in affirmative actions to recoup no-fault monies paid to fraudulently incorporated no-fault medical clinics.

 

Prior to joining Callinan& Smith, Ms. Strong gained experience as both a commercial litigator and a patent litigator, having a diverse background in litigation matters, including matters involving complex federal litigation.  Her experience includes pre-suit due diligence, discovery, conducting depositions and examinations under oath, identifying and preparing expert witness, coordinating production, preparing privilege logs, drafting briefs for preliminary injunction, summary judgment, and claim construction, as well as drafting appeal briefs in both New York State and Federal Courts.

 

Ms. Strong also has significant experience representing large entities, including numerous chemical and pharmaceutical companies, in large-scale litigations.  Additionally, Ms. Strong has represented clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

 

Ms. Strong graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a concentration in Chemistry, from Colgate University in 2002.  Ms. Strong is admitted to practice in the States of New York (2007) and New Jersey (2019), as well as the Eastern, Southern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Second, Third, and Federal Circuits.  Ms. Strong is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
