Vanessa H. Hlinka

VANESSA H. HLINKA is a Partner with Callinan & Smith, LLP and brings over twenty years of experience as a litigator. Ms. Hlinka was admitted to the bars of New York and Connecticut in 2004 and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Hlinka litigates cases involving suspected fraudulent insurance claims, first-party No-Fault claims and personal injury matters. She also serves as lead counsel on affirmative recovery actions and declaratory judgment actions commenced on behalf of insurance companies. While attending law school full time, Ms. Hlinka worked as a paralegal and interned at a clinic operated by Nassau/Suffolk Law Services and Touro Law Center. She graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2003 in the top of her class.
