Senior Associate

Steven Daniel Levy, Esq. is a Senior Associate with Callinan & Smith LLP and brings multiple years of experience as a litigator. His area of practice primarily focuses on No-Fault litigation, where he has handled matters from claim investigation through trial, including Examinations Under Oath.

 

Prior to joining Callinan & Smith LLP, Mr. Levy was an Associate at a mid-sized litigation firm located on Long Island, where he gained substantial experience in handling No-Fault litigation matters in the Supreme, Civil and District Courts throughout the New York metropolitan area.

 

Mr. Levy received his Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2015. During his time in Law School, he held several internships which provided experience in civil litigation. Steve graduated from the University of Vermont in 2009, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

 

Mr. Levy is licensed to practice law in the New York State Courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

 

In his spare time, Mr. Levy can routinely be found watching and discussing superhero comics and collecting sports memorabilia and artwork by world renowned 3D pop artist Charles Fazzino. Mr. Levy lives with his wife Catherine and his 90 lbs. lap dog, Luke.
